WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CALL or EMAIL US?

  1. Typically, we will get back to you within 7 days.
  2. Our intake coordinator will contact you. The coordinator will ask you about the problem you are trying to solve and offer services, referrals, or both.
  3. If the problem is something our team can help with, the coordinator will conduct an intake with you.
  4. After the intake is complete, the coordinator will bring your case to a weekly staff meeting.
  5. The coordinator will explain the situation to the team, and an advocate will be assigned to your case. The advocate will then contact you and work with you directly.

We are here to be a resource for our community – please feel free to call and ask us questions. Even if our team can’t help you directly, we will always do what we can to connect you with a referral or offer guidance.
